Dear Mr. & Mrs Acheson
I want to thank you again for supporting my path in becoming a nurse. It has been a challenging few months adjusting to my new lifestyle as a student nurse yet I have continuously fought through every paper, midterm, group projects and exams with pride and tears. Without your family’s presence in my mind and heart, I would’ve succumbed into the pressure. In my most challenging days I remind myself of your belief and pride in me. It works like magic! I have the picture of Liane in my bedroom wall and everyday when I wake up and before I sleep, I pray and keep her in my prayers. I apologize for not contacting your family sooner. I felt overwhelmed with balancing school, family and social life that I had not found the time to write a heartfelt reply. Once I received the mail that you had sent me I immediately felt tears in my eyes. It felt amazing to know that all my handwork in studying nursing is recognized and appreciated by such a loving family. Mr. Acheson, Mrs. Acheson, I cannot explain how much your generosity has touched my heart. You guys continue to motivate me in doing my best and giving back to others. Once again, Thank you and Merry Christmas. I look forward to keeping in touch with your family :)
